Would LOVE TO HAVE but at $100. More than the reg dish and the fact that you have to have a reg dish and pay the $150 subscription in order to get to pay $30 more to use the Mini dish really sucks. Just saying, I've been an early adopter with the Gen 1 dish , but cannot justify spending a further $600 to be able to use this little dish 😢

I get satellite and cable salesmen about once a week at my door. (Despite a HUGE, Go Away!' sign.) All of them attack me with how much cheaper their service is. And they are right. In my area, Starlink is almost three times higher: $120 a month plus the money for the dish. Now I can already hear you typing, "Starlink was not meant for you dam City folk!" Again, in the beginning, true. But a Lot of us that invested in Starlink did so because our own government cheated us out of 50 years of meaningful human spaceflight. Yep, I watched Apollo land. So, we were willing to invest and help Elon continue with changing the world. Only a business person could do that.

I work at SpaceX, and I'm buying all the SpaceX stocks I can afford before Starlink goes public. Right when they go public, the stock price will skyrocket.

This is a game changer, but Elon Musk needs to get into the smartphone game as well, then launch an eSim to connect with Starlink network.

Starlink and sat based cell style phones. Game changers. Bought my present home out of town but made darn sure it had high speed internet. Now I can sell this place and really get out into the middle of no ware. Much lower prices so I get much more land and a decent house for 2/3 of what I paid for this compromise house I'm in now.

I am a truck driver. I have high speed internet inside my semi. currently using T-Mobile home internet box paying $55 a month unlimited data. During my down times I play competitive player versus player games. this box works extremely well. Coast to Coast. I love to hear about starlink because I know that's going to be another option. At this time this box and Verizon internet box are the only two options for mobile internet.

The most positive for me would be these internet providers here there are 3 wich 2 is alread one on the background. They think they can do what they want raize the prize very year. Man you guys are pathetic. Do you get on your knees every night and pray to your God Elon. I have had Starlink for 2 years now. I live in a rural area and low speed DSL is my only option. I'm happy to have Starlink but when fiber makes it to my area I will drop Starlink. I can understand the benefits for underserved areas but at $120.00 a month I can't see how low income can afford it. And it isn't perfect and I don't get anywhere near 100 mbs consistently. And Starlink going public will ruin Starlink when the focus shifts from customer satisfaction to shareholder satisfaction.
